INSTITUTE OF DRILLING The training held at the Directional Drilling Section of IDT included a

30th June 2011

TECHNOLOGY detailed understanding of different profiles, equipments and planning

ONGC, DEHRADUN (4 Weeks) required for directional drilling an oil well and also involved visits to the

adjoining rig to understand the construction and working of different

equipments.

13th Dec 2010- FIELD TRAINING: To understand the insight of various DRILLING

31st Dec 2010 AND PRODUCTION OPERATIONS and Facilities required for

MEHSANA ASSET

(3 Weeks) transportation of oil and gas produced.

ACHIEVEMENTS & ACTIVITIES:

1. Organised a Demonstrative presentation of Drilling tools and BHA In Petrogaia 2011.

2. Secured 1st position as speaker in the GROUP DISCUSSION and 3rd position in DEBATE competitions in

the NSS event.

3. Won 2nd prize in Fashion Show organized in SRIJAN 2K10 (An inter college cultural fest).

4. Participated in National level Science Open Merit Test and obtained an appreciable position.

5. Participated in Scuffle (badminton tournament) and secured 1st prize in PARAKRAM 2K11.

6. Represented ISM in athletics, girl’s basketball team in PARAKRAM 2K11 (An inter college sports fest).

7. Attended a workshop on photography organised by National Academy of Photography from 11th-7th

Feb, 2010.

8. Wrote and acted in a play promoting girls education organized on the event of Ambedkar Jayanti

celebration.

9. Participated in dance competition in ISM’s annual cultural fests.

10. Played basketball and won a number of medals in the annual sports fest, both in ISM and at school level.

1. Intermediate level knowledge of C & FORTRAN and familiar with Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop.

INITIATIVES:

1. Served as an active member in KARTAVYA. Kartavya is an initiative to educate the students from

economically weaker societies run by the students of ISM.

2. Member of National Service Scheme (NSS). I participated in events like health awareness drive and campus

cleanliness drive organized by NSS.
