Bank of America/LandSafe Title:

•Prepare and finalize title policies for owner and lenders of foreclosure properties post closing.

•Extensive research to obtain and review recorded documents from files, counties and other states.

•Gather other documents such as Deed, Mortgage, Rate Sheet, HUD, Invoice, County records and

liens.

•Ensure that all liens are paid and property is clear of any judgments. Make sure taxes were paid

and the correct amount was charged on HUD.

•Typing policies for owners and lenders exactly how documents appear, very crucial of accuracy as

•Scheduling appointments with homeowners and instruct on what documents they should bring

•Meet with owners face to face to discuss the issues and to try and resolve with either a loan mod or

short sale.

•Research cases and gather information from customers, banks, accountants and attorneys to close the

case in a timely manner.
