dosage development to pharmaceutical engineering, the

SciTech Centre aids the pharmaceutical industry by

partnering in developmental activities. The group also has

Essential Job Functions/Accountabilities:

* Designing, Reconditioning & Retrofitting of machines.

* Complete design of machine in CAD(Solid Edge ST6)

including making outline and applying new ideas

* Preparing part list, product design, drawings, checking

product specifications and assembly design.

* Documentation of layouts and designs.

* Designing and implementing cost-effective machine

modifications which helps to improve gauging, safety,

reliability and simplicity.

* Report preparation with design improvement

recommendations

* Reverse Engineering and editing and modifying existing

models.

* Developing Tooling for new components and maintain their

standards.

* Use FEA analysis for finding field failures and root

cause study.

* Validation and modification for performance improvement

of machine.

* Aesthetic of machine working with industrial designers.
