Dealer management System, Mahindra’s Dealer place order through Portal with based on their order (i.e. on

PO) data get pull into SAP through web service and we create Sales order based on that PO and push data

through web services to dealers. First time Mahindra & Mahindra is working on cloud computation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for understanding the Functional specifications and preparing technical specifications,

coding.

Testing the development with Functional consultant.

Consume data through Web service WSDL link and perform operation.

Involved in creating the interface programs, which will get the entire Maintenance item entered by the

user in the selection screen.

Involve in creating RFC and function modules.

Created Z tables & provided table maintenance generator with TMG events on create, change &

delete operation.

Developed interface program through which dealer gets master data.

Developed interface program through which dealer gets master data in PDF form on everyday

through email.

Project Description:

The project went live on April 1st, 2010. The project has resulted in improved effectiveness due to reduction

of administrative costs and also improving employee productivity due to integrated analytics. This project

covered the entire Mahindra Group. The industries covered were Manufacturing (Auto, Tractors, and Auto

components), Financial Services, Retail, Real Estate and Construction, Hospitality, Transport & Logistics,

Defense, etc. Most projects attempt go-live of only ERP for a few companies. This project not only went live in

8 months, but also brought together 40+ companies on a single ERP instance; it also involved implementation

of almost 20 horizontal and industry specific SAP solutions in a massive 'Big Bang' approach.
