electronic components distribution company in 2005 with a partner.

o Made 60+ cold calls each day for six months to the targeted customer

base to penetrate accounts and generate sales.

o Targeted and recruited new sales employees to build and lead a winning

sales team. Built and staffed the accounting, HR, and QC departments.

o Provided superior executive leadership and strategic management of

entire company to grow revenues, profits, and market share. Attained

$5.2M in gross revenues by 2010 with 23 employees.

o Responded to the new counterfeit crisis in the supply chain by leading

the company to become one of the most highly certified companies in

substantial savings. Successfully guided the company through an IRS

audit for 1997 and a full audit by Price Waterhouse for 2000 resulting

at point of sale.

o Directly responsible for the administration of eleven regional offices

across the country. Reduced office costs by 20% over a four year

period. Administered all lease agreements.

o Performed Human Resources Manager and Benefits Administrator functions

for the company. Maintained company handbook and policies on

recruitment, compensation, promotion, employee relations, and

benefits. Conducted new employee orientation and open enrollment

seminars for all employee benefit programs.

o Administered a full range of employee benefit programs including COBRA

and a 401K Plan. Significantly improved the company's existing

medical, dental, and 401K plans, and added brand new vision,
