I was currently working for Global Strategies Group who are multinational providers of diversified project management

and high impact consultancy services. I am Security Liaison Deputy Team Leader responsible for the performance of

comprehensive security operations and an intelligence service to secure and account for AED personnel. I also provided

construction of quality assurance activities for Nationwide operational oversight, intelligence gathering and analysis,

production of intelligence products, convoy transportation and security, personal protective services, static site security,

community liaison activities, local atmospherics, supply and maintenance of armored vehicles, establishment,

maintenance and management of nationwide, visual map-based satellite racking product, establishment, maintenance and

management of a nationwide voice and text communication network, possible vetting of third party employees, and other

items as required by the client.

I was previously deployed to CENTCOM, Bahrain as the Landward Security Chief of the Guard. I was responsible for

supervising numerous security Watch Standers whilst assisting with the processing and vetting of over 4,300 personnel at

the Port of Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE. This role is predominately to provide real world Anti Terrorism/Force Protection for

high value assets. Previous to this assignment I was based at Divisional Headquarters, North Carolina working within the

Ground Combat Element of II Marine Expeditionary Force providing sustained and rapid reaction combat, humanitarian,

peace keeping and show of force operations worldwide. I have been involved in deploying forces to Operation Iraqi

Freedom, Operation Endurance Freedom and as directed by Commandant of the Marine Corp. I was an energetic,

industrious, confident and well qualified Second Class Petty Officer within the Maritime Expeditionary Security

(Squadron Eight). I have been described as a ‘proven sustained superior performer, an effective leader, mentor and

motivator committed to organizational successes’. Amongst other awards, outlined in my Résumé below, I have been

awarded four Navy and Marine Corp Achievement medals.

I was the first member to complete Headquarters Battalion’s Basic Warrior Package and received training on all Marine

Corporation’s weapon systems’, radio procedures and convoy operations. For this role I documented aspects of the

training that I received in order to disseminate information to the rest of my squadron in Division. As an informed leader,

during pre-deployment work-ups I assisted the Security Detachment FOXTROT, New York City as Command Career

Counselor advising on twelve career development boards.

Previously I have also been responsible for Religious Programs as Leading Petty Officer and have managed all Battalion

Religious programs and assists for the Battalion Chaplain providing moral and spiritual needs of 1900 HQ Battalion

Marines. In addition I have volunteered as a coordinator at The Special Olympic Games, supervising volunteers whilst

setting up for a multitude of events.

During my time within the Aircraft Security Team I feel that I inspired and challenged numerous sailors as their class

leader and managed to get pass rates of 90% or better success rate ensuring that all received certification for deployment.

As a result of this work I have been recommended for advancement to First Class Petty Officer.

I have many transferable and the ability to create a real ‘team’ environment within a department. I have attended

extensive training and I believe that I am personable and able to communicate with a variety of personnel within the
