• Assisted quality engineer in maintaining optimal performance levels in injection molding tools

SENIOR DESIGN – 2015 NASA Robotics Mining Competition

Team Manager and Electrical Subsystem Lead – (January – August 2014)

• Managed a four man team in the initial design phase of an autonomous mining robot

• Created an entire system Solidworks CAD model for the initial robot design

• Solely designed and implemented the control systems for the final robot, including battery power,

fuse protection, relays, emergency stop, microcontrollers, drivers, RC, and sensors

• Designed and built electronics enclosure for the robot and coded Arduino microcontroller in C

SUMMER STUDY IN CHINA – Beijing & Taiyuan, China

Represented AU in China at both BUCEA and TYUST – (May 2013)

• Selected by department head of mechanical engineering along with 4 other engineering students to

study advanced engineering topics and the Chinese culture for one month

• Learned the basics of CNC programming (G-code) from a prevalent researcher in the field

AUBIESAT – Auburn University Undergraduate CubeSat Program

Ground Station Operator and ADC Researcher – (August 2011 – April 2012)

• Operated the ground communication station with fellow students both testing equipment and

communicating with AubieSat-1 after its launch from Vandenberg AFB, California

• Researched and presented on possible attitude determination systems for AubieSat-2
