I have ** years of information systems experience. Since 1987, I have held

several corporate level positions. For example, I was the Corporate Sales

Executive and Director of Sales for Grupo Aweil C.A., Manager of IBM and

Xerox products for Magnabyte, C.A., and Business and Solutions Manager for

L gica Sistemas, C.A. Presently, I am the Director of Operations and Sales

for ARC Consulting, C.A. and ARC Technology, C.A., offering services in

sales and information systems consulting.

In 2002, I received recognition as the top Hewlett Packard sales person for

the largest number of sales during that year at a national level.

Building and developing industry knowledge is essential for offering

excellent service. As such, I regularly attend courses and conferences,

such as the Soft Skills Sales SMB Net IP Learning for Business Partners SMB

NET by Hewlett Packard of Venezuela in 2006, the Hewlett Packard Annual

Assembly in Miami, Florida, USA in 2002, the Strategies of Developing

Accounts by Hewlett Packard of Venezuela in Caracas in 2001 and Business PC

Solution at Hewlett Packard University in Caracas in 1998.

In 1993, I attended COMDEX in Atlanta, Georgia, USA as a participant.

Previous to that, I attended a strategy course in sales taught by Hewlett

Packard in 1991 in Caracas, Venezuela.

Presently, I am the Director of ARC Consulting, C.A. and ARC Technology

C.A., which I co-founded in 2009. We are dedicated to business consulting

and technology and information systems solutions.

As Director of ARC Consulting, C.A., a service-oriented company, I am

responsible for representing the company before Venamcham, the Chamber of

Commerce and Industry for Venezuela and American relations, of which we are

an active member. Venamcham also serves as a business and social network

through which we stay current about national and international business

issues.

I am currently studying English and am able to communicate in English at a

basic level. I am an excellent negotiator, leader and team player. I work

extremely well under pressure and have highly developed communication,

presentation and organizational skills. I am a proactive decision maker

with a reputation for being responsible, self-motivated, creative and

ethical.
