. Design, execute and manage company operating procedures;

analyze operations and develop strategies to streamline and

improve procedures; restructured work order procedures and

implemented purchase order procedures; instructed staff in the

SOP's and managed its execution in 2010; by 2011, reduced

maintenance expenses by 38% and supply expenses by 20%;
