- Reviews billing for medications, DME's, and treatments for accuracy

and approval.

HOSPICE CASE MANAGEMENT:

- Developed, implemented, and managed comprehensive plans of care

for average case load of 14 patients

- Conducted at minimum weekly home visits for patient assessment, with

follow-up phone calls for reinforcement of health teaching/plan of

care.

- Collaborated with patients primary care physicians, Hospice

Director of Pharmacy, & local pharmacies

- Delivered extensive " Health teaching" to patient & family of disease

progression and available agency support systems.

SURGICAL EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in multiple operating room settings as an O.R.

Manager, Circulating nurse, and Scrub Nurse.

- Developed internship programs, in addition to interviewing,

hiring, training, and managing OR staff

As O.R. manager, managed Hospital/Union requirements, developed and

managed annual operating budgets, and implemented computerized

scheduling systems.
