Estimator/Draftswoman

In charge for the as-built plan.Estimates/take off the program of works. Make sure the setting of the

schedule for the projects to adhere to the timeline that has a completion date which is earlier than the

allotted time set forth the main contractor or developer. To secure enough work without interruption.

To ensure that no parts of the current schedules are conflicting or would restrict the contractual

agreements contained in the contract pertaining to completion date. It is estimators responsibility to

co-ordinate with the Project Engineers and Foremen.

Rain Construction:

Project Engineer:

October 1994- June 1995

Direct supervision of all on-going projects.Monitors the on site projects.Also in charge of the manpower

on site.Prepares daily activities of the project. Responsibilities include schedule preparation resource

forecasting specific engineering activities relating to the project. In charge of the performance

management of the architectural and engineering vendor. Assure the accuracy of the financial forecast,

which tie-in to project schedules. Ensure projects are completed according to the plans and

specification. Assist the engineers with regard to the design per company policies and procedures and

work instruction for customized and standard plan.

Local Government Units:

Municipal Engineer/Building Official

August 1995- July 2002

Takes charge of the engineering office. Initiate review and recommend changes in policies and

objectives, plans and programs, techniques, procedures in infrastructure development of the

municipality. Advise the Mayor on the infrastructure, public works, and other engineering matters.

Administer, coordinate, supervise and control the construction,maintenance, improvement and repair

of the road and bridges and other engineering related projects. Also providing engineering services to

the municipality including investigation and survey, engineering designs, feasibility studies and project.

Implement the revised National building Code of the Philippines under P.D. 1096. Assist the preparation

of Program of Works for various barangay projects and Local Provincial School Board of the Municipality.

Exercise such powers and perform other duties and functions as maybe prescribed by law and

ordinances.

Countroom Cashier:

August 2003- July 2007

Responsible for the accurately counting chips in all drop boxes on a per shift basis. Log the chip count

from each box to the chip denomination slip. Run an adding machine tape of each chip denomination

slip to form a grand total. Transfer totals from each chip denomination slips to the countroom summary

sheet. Prepare chips and paperwork for transfers to the main vault. Maintain the countroom, drop

boxes and drop keys while on shift. Other related duties as assigned.

Cage Cashier:

July 2007 to Present

Sell and redeem chips for players and floor personnel specified by policy and procedure guidelines. Cash

checks and counter checks for players not to exceed the players pre- approved check cashing limit and

posts transaction to computer. Processes credit cards and cash advances using the sightline transaction

system. Follow specific guidelines performing cage manager for processing. Responsible and

accountable for chip/cash fund assigned window during their shift. Must process the transactions

accurately and maintain window variances to an absolute minimum. Other duties in the cage assigned

by the cage manager.
