process development within 3 months for 90nm tech node.

. 2004, designer of 90nm FSG BEOL scheme. No issues in 12i (2 of 3 top

issues at BEOL in Tainan mother Fab).

. 2004, worked in module integration group directly reported to Fab

director.

. 2004, overall black diamond project program manager, integration,

etch, manufacturing & other module coordinator (5 in 1) role to lead

team to achieve BEOL yield more than 90% at first run & maintained the

yield at all runs thereafter.

. 2005, full optimized process / hardware on AMAT DPS etcher for Al

corrosion issue. Avoid Capex loss to switch to other vendor.

. 2005, led team resolved biggest Fab crisis (Pad issue) & re-qualified

optimum pad loop within 3 quarters.

. 2005, led & grew a team from weakest to strongest within 1 year time.

3 section managers were well developed from my group & ready in 2

years time.

. 2005, initialized ultra dilute chemical clean project (pioneer in

worldwide) & fully implemented with $1.5M cost saving per month in

2008

. 2006, brought 1st AMAT e-Producer etcher in UMC for productivity

improvement.

. 2006, guided team re-developed unhealthy 65nm contact etch process

from RD & fanned back to mother Fab.

. 2007, brought 1st Lam C3 cleaner in Asia & gain yield 2% for 65nm tech

node.

. 2006-2007, was 2006/2007 top 10 inventor in UMC.

. 2008, Fab-wise patent consultant to bring Singapore Fab to be number

1 patent filed Fab among all the production Fabs within one year time.

. 2009, joined Lam Research Pte Ltd Singapore.

. 2009, technical market leading to 1st DV-Prime tool / 1st SOM chemical

into UMC Pte Ltd Singapore which created about $14M business up to

today.

. 2010 - 2012, Led 28nm BEOL Flex-EX penetration in UMC Tainan, finally

success in 2013.

. 2010-2013, created an effective cross-training platform to develop

multi skilled engineer (First in Lam).

. 2013, created an effective platform for manager successor growth

(First in Lam).

. 2013, committed 2 technical marketing projects to explore new

business. End with 14 projects kicked off with 8 projects completed

within one year (total business $40M with $15M revenue received in

2013).

. Developed a penetration model for mature Fab in Southeast to

systematically guide marketing activities & increase market

. Developed a breakthrough working model to bring bevel etcher
