Professional Experience

2013-2014 EZAIR (EMBRAER-ZODIAC Aerospace): working as CNC programmer

engineer And production supervisor of CNC machines line, supporting on assambly lines of

machining process, develop and programming CNC routers (3axis and 5 axis) and CNC milling

machine (HASS) production`s parts, in this including clamping methods, vacuum fixtures for 5 axis

machine and jaws with Master CAM X6, this for improvements to reduce scrap, set up time and cycle

time in the process.

And also, design and generate CNC programs to machining jaws and fixtures for machine shop in

order to process aluminum, stainless steel and plastic parts, also modeling sheet metal parts in solid

works 2014.

AS9100 internal auditor.

2011-2013 Honeywell Aerospace: working as manufacturing engineer,

supporting on production cell of turbine nozzles, develop and programming on CNC of grinding and

EDM (electro discharge machining) process, in this including design fixture and poke yokes with

CATIA V5, this for improvements to reduce scrap, set up time and cycle time in the process.

Also I applied PFMAS, RPS (Rapid problem solving), GR&R charts, 5 whys (six sigma tools) and

lean manufacturing tools, this to improve process and methods.

I worked with design team for review and analysis blue prints and specs for improve or apply quality

requirements in the product.

2010 -2011 Honeywell Aerospace: working as a data technician. Support for the

manufacturing group was given through the reviews of raw material in combination with the analysis

and interpretation of engineering drawing as well as manufacturing data sheets. These reviews were

performed on a regular basis and also included editing and changing of the manufacturing blue prints

to ensure engineering and quality requirements were meet throughout the whole process. Engineering

and production tool usage was required; this includes change routings in system, applications and

products (SAP) and the Bill of Materials. Data technician responsibilities also include review of the

production orders stationery, including reviews of master blue prints and blue prints, make materials

deviations when the raw material is short of material or a change in the stock of material.

2009 KUZZY Industries: Performed several engineering tasks which include the

design of industrial components for trucks. CAD/CAE engineering tools were used in the process.

With design software with CAD / CAE were created as well as new planes are modified according to

customer required it. with 3D modeling design a garbage truck to compete in a CONACYT draft, this

project took measures of the truck as well as drawings and modifications must be made by mechanical

design as well as design part of a hydraulic system example was a hydraulic arm to lift the small

deposits of garbage.

Emerson Flow Technology: Performed internships in the manufacturing

2009

field giving engineering support by means of making changes to the visual aids, as well as changing

tables, gauges, design fixtures and Poke yokes with PRO E 4.0 wildfire software.

Taking time and motion and these make the calculations to improve the manufacturing system.

Supporting a manufacturing improvement project by doing shots of measures and calculations using

six sigma to reduce scrap in the introduction of Teflon in flow meters

Grupo Bafar Industrial engineering assistant in the Department of Engineering

2008

As in auxiliary assistant engineers to make layouts, assisting with projects and

supervise staff

Hayes-Lemmerz: Maintenance Technician in performing repairs mechanical and

electrical type relating to the aluminum casting company

Special Project/Achievements

2008 Formula SAE 2008 project

Team member for the formula SAE project, which consists in the development and

creation of a formula-type car for the Society of automotive Engineers. Contributed to the design of the

power train systems and the managing of the a group of four people to work together and dividing

tasks as it was required to ensure an optimum performance. Machining and welding capabilities were

used along with CAD/CAE tools for the analysis of the components of the system from the intake to

the exhaust vents, this also required of applied engineering fluid mechanics knowledge to perform

aerodynamic analysis and other tests. Participating team formula SAE (Society of Automotive

Engineers) for the international event where more than 80 universities, representing the university

college.
