PERSONAL STATEMENT

After exceling in the medical field for 13 years, I have turned my attention to

volunteer work and artistic design. My self-motivation and work ethic have

allowed me to reach a leadership role in the volunteer community at church as well

as develop artistic relationships with several businesses. Being a self-starter I have

been able to begin a commission art business from home.

patients, getting authorization from insurance companies, assisting

doctors in minor procedures in office, room set up, and sterilization of
