Landscape Co. Responsibilities

As the owner/operator of a landscape design company,I am in charge of all marketing and sales

negotiation, including keeping projects within budget and completing jobs before deadlines. I am also

in charge the hiring and firing of employees as well as pay rate, raises and payroll. Another important

duty is purchasing and maintaining all work trucks and large commercial landscape equipment and

smaller handheld tools.

In my time off I am a supervisor at my uncles construction company, I also work FOX

sports,ABC,ESPN, and CBS as a utilities worker with Audio and visual including rigging up and down

of production sets12-16 hr days on my feet with a lot of traveling.

My most recent jobs have been in upper management, Training, Supervisor, Project specialist,

and management consulting, traveled from location to location. I am very interested in being able to

travel in my new career and expect to be on call most of the time.

Kurt was a model employee. He was an extremely quick learner and eager to take on more

responsibility from his first week. On a daily basis, Kurt demonstrated a fierce desire to achieve and

consistently deliver the highest level of work. Our company’s' incredible growth, can directly be

attributed to his attention to detail and personal drive to accept nothing less than perfection.

Kurt quickly moved from a lab tech to a facility supervisor within a few short months of his

employment. His ability to quickly understand procedure, allowed him to master techniques within a

few weeks, and then teach them to others. Kurt had up to 10 employees under his direct supervision.

He is able to delegate tasks and responsibility in a way that fellow employees can clearly understand

and want to accomplish the given tasks of the day. His sincere and honest personality, inspire other

around him to achieve to his level. He is able to communicate with other employees in a manner that

fosters drive in others.

Kurt was an invaluable asset to our company as no one kept clean standards, quality control, and made

sure all paper works and tracking was properly completed like he did. Whenever Kurt was involved

with a project you could rest assured it would be done properly, correctly documented, cleaned up

perfectly, and all employees under his watch would be working as efficiently as possible. I considered

it a blessing anytime I could confidently leave the office or production floor without and concerns or

worries as long as Kurt was there.

Kurt was my most dependable employee. He has opening and closing responsibilities for all our

locations. He had full access to all our alarms and security cameras. As a trusted employee, other than

the owner and myself, Kurt was the only employee to have all access to all security, facilities, and

banking. He was trusted to make deposits and pick up payments from various vendors when needed. I

could always count on Kurt to be on time and punctual.

Kurt took lead on many of our construction projects. He was quick with expert ideas anytime we had a

build or design. His experience in construction and all phases of contracting, enabled Kurt to be ale to

bring many skills to the table, outside of the normal function of his typical duties. He could work with

outside contractors exceptionally, completing many projects under budget and ahead of schedule.

I would highly recommend Kurt Pashilk for employment. He was one of the finest employees Ive ever

had the privilege working for me, and in my opinion, any company would be lucky to have him added
