Radian connects Lenders, Home buyers and Investors with a range of private mortgage insurance

products. They had a NIW of 231 million for 2013.

Project Lead/Manager

Managed several key projects with critical business impacts and some with added federal compliance

needs. Used waterfall and agile methodologies in completed the projects. Handled several high priority

projects at same time at different stages on the development life cycle. Handled many huge project with

maximum 9000 man hours. Involved the whole team and stake holders with timely reports and meetings.

All projects involved tight scheduling and release planning with releases every 2 weeks

Selected Accomplishments:

- Completed NPI compliance project within 2 months to keep/continue business with one of our largest

bank customer with 10% portfolio of our total NIW

- Received 'Values in Action' award from the Operations and Analytics section for creating the Data

stores/Datamarts and reports to maintain relationship with Chase and Ocwen Banks/lenders. This helped

the Operations and Analytics to control the risk exposure ('R' of the GRC) and pro-actively manage the

portfolio

- Led 15+ customer specific pricing programs for a year with quick turnaround time of 2 weeks down

from 60 days with a combined 100 million NIW

- Federal/legal compliant HMDA/FCRA projects implemented on-time to meet the stipulated dates and

avoid penalty payments

- Streamlined standard Discount Lender Paid pricing program process flow to achieve 3 week time saving

in implementation

- Lead in ongoing conversion of home grown legacy financial system to .net technology/SQL Server

system

- Contributed to design of Data warehouse system for existing legacy production system and data

conversions and transformations using Oracle/Informatica with data feed to SAS.

- Significantly improved Business user satisfaction for improved interaction for successful completion of

projects

- Contributed in designing business continuity plans and mandatory disaster recovery tests

- Participated in IT and data audits for SOX compliance by working with PWC on both the process flow

of small and big IT changes and reconciliation of data in the data warehouse and production systems. On
