fitter. After complete welding, conduct visual inspection against Code

& Standard and invite Client for Final Visual Inspection. Prepare

Visual Inspection Report for Spacers & submit to Client for reviewed &

signed. Invite NDT Technician ( MPI Techinician ) to perform MPI

against Code & Standard. Conduct rectification works on stanchions,

bollards, smit bracket & padeyes, which is conducted by welders. After

rectification complete, conduct visual inspection against code &

standard and also invite Client for Final Visual Inspection. Prepare

Visual Inspection Report for Rectification Works on stanchions,

bollards, smit bracket & padeyes on barges & submit to Client for

reviewed & signed.

Witnessing of welder and welding operator qualification test and

welding procedure qualification test. Witness, review and endorsement

of all test and inspection documentation, check sheets and the like.

Monitor and assist in the proper rectification of the deficiencies

found. Non-conformance reporting, corrective action and close out

management. Liaise with 1st and 2nd party quality team to ensuring

product conformity and stage release for each activity denoted within

the Project Quality Plan and Project specification. Maintain daily

basis report to submit to BV technical coordinator.

CIR to NDT Technician to perform NDT as requested. Prepare all related

document ( NDT Request, Release Inspection, Punch List ). Invite Client

Inspector for Final Inspection. Submit IRN to Client to be reviewed &

signed.

Monitor & Witness Welder Qualification Test, Conduct Visual

Inspection after Welder Test & verify against Code & Specification.

Witness Mechanical Test ( Macro etching & Bend Test ) of Welder Test to

verify the welder is qualified. Conduct Visual Inspection for

Mechanical Test & verify against Code & Specification & submit to

Client for reviewed & approval.

c. Position : NDT Technician ( MPI, PT, UT )

Job Descriptions:

Prepared the NDT equipment ( MPI & UT ) & make the work based on

order to fulfill the client requirements. Understanding each project's

specification and the respective NDT procedure. Each time an NDT

equipment is used - to verifying that the NDT equipment, are in

calibrated condition and maintaining records of those calibration. On

a daily basis, physically performing non-destructive testing of weld,

plate and materials, to determine whether they meet established

quality standards. Ensuring non-destructive testing records are

maintained for each project. Assisting the yard NDT Co-coordinators in

resolving any disputes relating to non-destructive testing which may

arise between PTMI and Customer. Promptly and timely preparation and

reporting of the NDT results to all concerned or interested parties or

personnel. Daily monitoring of NDT results and review of the result

along with customers and 3rd party inspectors and customer

representatives.
