Procurement, Contracts & Inventory Management:

Manage procurement ~3000 SKUs & service contracts - total annual spend of approx. $ 30 -35M

Drive annual material procurement & contracting sourcing strategy, covering all aspects of Supply Chain.

Cost management - achieved average year on year cost savings of 11-12% on material & services.

Ensure 100% daily material linearity planning with minimum inventory – effective usage of SAP ERP

Led inventory reduction project for organization, 50% reduction in inventory, developed new business model

Skew reduction by 15% thus reducing the imbalance in the inventory.

Reduced inventory variance from 1.7 Mn to 0.12 Mn, effective usage of Inventory tools FSN, ABC & HML.

Led spares mgmt. project & developed spares mgmt. guideline in line with accounting standard.

GE Medical Systems, business unit of General Electric, USA is a manufacturer of world class Mobile Image

Intensifiers, CT scanner, Ultrasound, MR and other diagnostic imaging systems. Stint in GE included various

international Supply chain assignments in direct sourcing (VDD), materials/procurement, inventory management,

inbound & outbound logistics, OTR & lean supply chain.

Supply Chain/Materials Leader:
