< Handling and to and recruitment activities (sourcing, scheduling, &

interviewing,coordinating with the management)

< Preparation of appointment and confirmation letter of all employees.

< Maintain employee's personal files.

< Maintain all activities of the Time Office, attendance and leave records,

necessary for processing payrolls of employees.

< Maintain All Register under the labour Law.

< Handling contract labour and arrange shift at night.

< Preparation good work of associates.

< Preparation of HR MIS - Daily basis.

Administration

< Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, institute and

other recruitment sources.

< Administering matters pertaining to Safety, Housekeeping, and supervising

other basic facilities in the organization.
