Experience:
I have thirty-five years of experience with State Farm Insurance in various positions:
Secretary, BI Superintendent Secretary, Office Claim Representative, Customer
Service Representative, Auto Claims Processor, and after retirement from the Regional
Office, Independent Agency Customer Service Representative.
Duties:
Prepare correspondence & documents per Superintendent’s direction; maintain files;
review & properly code Agent’s payments; Prepare & present Agency Staff Training
Manual; review incoming file contents & closing files once complete; handle incoming
calls to Auto Claims; review new auto claims, talking with policyholders & claimants,
explaining the claim process & start the claim process; review estimates & talk with
repairers regarding questions, repair issues.
In Agent’s Office, all phases of customer service, answering incoming calls & walk-in
customers, taking premium payments, coordinating with Claims, Underwriting
Departments, Monthly Payment Plan, prepare bank deposits, filing, along with other
duties as assigned.
