• Develops plans for short-term and long-term workforce requirements, in support of organization’s

needs for a global manufacturing company.

• Manages the recruiting and staffing activities from requisition stage through hire. For over 800

employees and an average of 40 professional positions and 60 internships per year.

• Identifies staffing sources, works with management to develop internship and co-op programs. Key

point person for all Jacobsen national university recruiting efforts.

System Superuser team and other teams as needed.

guidelines with relationship to staffing and recruiting function as well as administration of salaried

9001-2000 training requirements.
