Project Overview:

ARK Publishing:

The ARK (Applied Rapid Knowledge) Publishing is a portal for the AMAT

Employees to do the service related document initiation, review, approval

and publish before send to the customer. Document submitted will go across

many reviews and approvals after which it may be discarded or published

based on the action taken by different set of users. Here the Document

libraries use the Content Type from Content Type Hub. Produced many custom

lists. Document Set Content Type, Document ID Service, Rating and Content

organizer have been used here. Semaphore Managed Metadata columns have

created from Semaphore managed metadata service.

ARK Search:

This is a search-based solution that enables field service engineers to

better support customer equipment by facilitating find ability of product

and spare part information from across multiple structured and unstructured

data sources through a single, simplified user interface.

FS4SP is used to search the Lotus Notes, SQL Database & SharePoint

contents.

SmartLogic Semaphore is used to classify the uploaded document. It fills

appropriate semaphore columns in the libraries. It takes the document

content & then matches the word of the document with the terms in the

Semaphore model. (This model has to be imported and stored in Managed

Metadata Term Store)

The Complus is a lotus notes application and it has been migrated to

SharePoint. AMAT Employees store the items in the list with attachments.

If user clicks the "New Version" from display or Edit page of the

item, system should create the same item with different version number and

it has to add all attachments into new item.

User creates the action item in the list and it will go for approval

process.

Project Overview:

Our staffing is a roster management system. It has the menu "Document

manager" to maintain documents. By clicking document manager, it navigates

to share point application using the "our staffing" credentials. This

application uses form based authentication.

It has custom document library to filter the document within the library.

Based on roles, user gets the documents. To have multiple organizations,

sub site will be creating using main site template.

It has following custom Web-Parts:

1) Menu Control: Gets the Menus items from database and added into

default.master.

2) Organization Selection: Gets the Organization from database and

added into default.master. It gives provision to selection of organization.

Changes in organization will navigate to respective SharePoint site.

3) Hide Action Menu: It allows hiding the "Action" menu in document

library.

Leave, Travel and Attendance Module. Application is defining dynamic work

flow configuration for Leave, General expense, On duty and other process.

Credit the leaves for the employees according to their category yearly

basis and also has the provision to credit the leave for new joiners. The

Requisition like Leave, Travel and other process will get approve according

to work flow and it sends email notifications to the respective person.

Employees In/Out times captured by smart card reader are stored in Access

database. These data is imported to the application to compute the

attendance for a day and doing attendance calculation. It contains SMS

based on-duty and Leave process.

developing for Johnson & Johnson, Singapore. This application is divided in

to two modules. The first module comprises of collecting all master

information like Franchise details, Role details, User Details, Customer

Details etc. The second module is transaction module, which keeps track of

the transactions. With this application user can create header for a

particular tender and multiple pricing can be quoted for the tender and

after comparison, the user can select the suitable one and can submit for

the tender. This application generates various reports based on the

criteria given by the user.
