Analyst

Catamaran - Catamaran provides PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management)

solutions. They work with several large insurance companies' government

and private to provide members the best possible solution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Catamaran is in the middle of shifting to new application (call tracking)

from an existing legacy system, so we are working on taking all

the functionality from legacy system and inputting them in to new

application with enhancements and changes applicable to the new system.

. Working with Member Services and Call Center Business people to gather

user and business requirements to create scope documents, Business

requirements documents (BRD), change requests.

. Developed necessary documentation for the release and maintained in the

Team Place (IBM Lotus Quickr - Library).
