SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL P ROJECT MANAGER
Senior project manager charged with supervising and managing environmental compliance and construction projects,
which involved investigating and remediating soil and groundwater from leaking underground fuel tank sites and
conducting Phase I/Phase II site assessments. Directed all aspects of projects, from conceptualizing and planning to
executing field work, interpreting data, writing reports, and communicating with regulators and clients. Managed the
permitting, monitoring, and reporting process for the discharge of treated groundwater and for the air emissions from
soil remediation systems. Prepared cost estimates, proposals, and contract documents. Also managed budgets and
analyzed cost control efficiencies. Planned and executed environmental field work such as monitoring well installation
and groundwater monitoring and completing due diligence assessments. Also performed data analysis and review, and
then prepared reports based on findings.

Designed, implemented, and operated remediation systems for contaminated soil and groundwater, including dual -
phase extraction, in-situ chemical oxidation, and in-situ metabolic enhancements.

emissions from soil remediation systems.
Spearheaded comprehensive site characterization for a wide variety of sites, including public agencies, local
