alarm upgrades, $7 million exterior renovations including new roofs and windows, masonry restoration and a new $40

million high school in New York City.

Project Manager Coordinated and supervised all subcontractors and sequencing associated with all phases of new

construction, additions and alterations from excavation through occupancy including a $12 million high school addition

and alteration in Hightstown, NJ and a new $9 million Fire and Police Headquarters in Madison, NJ.

as the owner’s representative, supervise and document all aspects of daily construction activities, confirm installations

match approved submittals and contract documents, schedule and document progress meetings and monitor both

change orders and schedules to ensure on time occupancy and limit additional costs.
