Operations

• Meet established operational and quality metrics, production standard efficiency goals.

• Resolve operational, production and maintenance problems.

• Pursue continuous improvements.

• Develop and modify operational procedures and work instructions to meet customer

requirements and corporate goals and objectives.

• Ensure quality and accuracy of all products being built.

• Work together with Material Coordinator on inventory levels, planning, problem solving and

scrap.

• Communicate clear safety instruction to all employees to ensure the safety of all personnel,

facility and equipment, including compliance with all OSHA and DOT regulations.

• Investigates all significant issues affecting production, service and transportation and

determine the root cause and intiate corrective/preventative action.
