Shakopee, MN. to low cost regions in Mexico. Several manufacturing
processes will be new start up processes at the receiving facilities.
> Worked as a member of the SAP PR2 implementation in the Plant
Maintenance Function.
> Managed the first wave of operations to Mexico, worked with management
and engineering in both Minnesota and Mexico to schedule and implement
the physical movement of machines and equipment.

million Sq ft.
> Worked with Corporate and Operations to build operations and to
consolidate operations in various locations in and out of the US.
> Collaborated on the design and remodeling of a 360,000 sq ft building in
El Paso.
> Worked on the construction of a new building in Juarez and an addition a
year later. Assisted their Maintenance Manager with the initial install
of sheet metal fabrication into the new building and the shipment of
several sheet metal cells from Minnesota to Juarez.
> Managed various cost and energy saving efforts such as reduction of
water and gas usage in our paint lines and electrical cost savings
through out the plant with the greatest and fastest gain being in
working with lighting.

> Planned and scheduled ADC's first major production move to the 4700
building moving all equipment with in-house resources.

Shakopee utilizing in house and contract workers.

building in Shakopee.
> Worked on the design and remodeling of a second 365,000 sq ft building
