Homeside properties - Alpharetta, GA - September 2012 to June 2013

Responsibilities

I cleaned and maintained the entire property.I swept,mopped,dusted,polished furniture and stainless

steal,cleaned glass,cleaned and restocked restrooms and kitchen areas,pulled trash,washed walls. I also kept

the outside of the property clean,kept up curb appeal by cleaning the parking deck,using a leaf blower to blow

out trash and debris,empty outside trash,clean dog walk,use pressure washer to clean stains from sidewalks. I

also dealt with all vendors who came to the property because I was the only day porter at this two building,over

100 unit site...

Accomplishments

I believe I had a great impact at this property because I was the only one at this property daily. Which means I

was the first and last resort as far as getting things done and getting them done properly and in a timely manner.

Accomplishments

I believe I was impact full at this job because I was the only male day porter at the property so I had to get

things done.I could not afford the luxury of slacking off.I came to work everyday fully prepared to do my job

and do it thoroughly.
