I started Boston Market as a server/cashier. My duties included prepping front line, making sure all food was

filled and looking appealing. It was my job to make sure customers were served in a timely manner and that

their needs and wants were exceeded.

After a year, I was promoted to Shift Manager. As Shift Manager, my duties include opening the store each day.

I am also responsible to ensure that all of the team members are executing all of our standards, specifications

and recipes so that we will create awesome food that is served quickly by warm and friendly people. It is my

responsibility to make sure each chicken is cooked to the correct temperature, and that all equipment is running

correctly. I am responsible for understanding, executing and training other employees on all of our standards,

specifications and recipes as well as role modeling how to interact with our guests and teammates.

I am in charge of counting and reconciling the register tills each morning, as well as doing bank runs for

change. As Shift Manager, I am also responsible for receiving the weekly truck delivery. I must complete an

inventory before driver leaves to ensure accuracy and then entering accurate counts into the system for each

item received.

As a Child Care Provider, my duties consisted of taking full-time care of three young children ages 2, 6, and 11.

I was responsible for changing diapers, feeding breakfast, lunch and dinner, and on occasion bathing and

customers, as well as getting sign-ups for BJ’s credit cards.

As a Dietary Aide, my duties varied on a daily basis. I was required to learn about various types of diets,

including Low Sodium, Low Cholesterol and Diabetic. I also have experience with brain injury dietary needs

per the needs of the patients and orders by Doctors. Daily cleaning responsibilities included putting away food
