Furnish Tech / DIP (Receiving)
Controlled all functions of the pulper and kraft machines (AS400). Made
decisions and solved problems related to the machines. Use of heavy
machinery (Michigan payloader and Wacker). Handled and moved bales of
recycled paper and kraft with forklift, squeeze, and clamp trucks. Load and
unload trucks and rail cars. Checked inbound manifest against shipments.
Made sure all safety precautions were in place.

receiving imports, stock allocations, inventory controls, order picking and

meter, and data analysis software. Inspected equipment, paper rolls, and
raw material. Collect or select samples for testing to use as models. Made
decisions and solved problems notified the supervisors or other personnel
of production problems. Also trained and educated others.

Paper Tester (QA) / 4th Hand Operator
Examine completed work to detect defects and verify conformance to work
orders. Adjust machinery as necessary to correct production problems.
Measure, space, and set saw blades, cutters, according to product
specifications. Place rolls of paper or cardboard on machine feed tracks,
and thread paper through gluing, coating, and slitting rollers. Remove
finished cores, and stacked or place them on conveyors for transfer to
other work areas. Controlling all aspect of the machines. Training and
teaching others all aspect of the job.
