services to five hospitals, handling 440,000 procedures per year. Took charge of the strategic financial planning and oversight of the $42M
corporate budget. Spearheaded the establishment of new corporation, with recruited radiologists for services to be provided at the Bon
Secours Hospitals in Greenville, South Carolina.
Ensured active engagement in overseeing and organizing all financial activities for the group with outsourced billing and accounts
receivable company, resulting in a $300K recovery based upon billing errors by the billing company.
Established the group’s diversified economic activities which led to the attainment of new contracts with two hospitals; thus
