around a failing system, managing and marketing the DoN ES BPA to provide a

network communications solutions. DON-ES was created to help the Navy

create network-centric battle management capabilities and a shipboard LAN

. Flew 28 missions aboard E-3 AWACS as Commander Joint Task Force Southern-

Watch, Battle Watch Commander, call sign Hammer. Handpicked to lead 14

air strikes against Iraqi air and ground targets; granted complete weapons

release authority.

. Planned and directed five-day transition of crucial intermediary supply

airfield from Jeddah to Taif, Saudi Arabia. Managed the movement of

entire air supply base including 35 supply aircraft, 350 support personnel

and their associated materials and equipment.

Safety/NATOPS/NAVOSH Officer

. Spearheaded a pro-active aviation safety program resulting in 3 years and

48,000 hours of accident free flight.
