I am retired and looking for additional income. I miss the interaction with people and find I am sometimes bored.

I completed High School in 1969 and then two years of post- secondary program in Ryerson.

Income Maintenance Specialist for Community and Social Services from September 1987 to November 2011

My duties included managing a caseload of 300 families. This involved taking initial applications to determine

financial eligibility and maintain this on a monthly basis.

My previous jobs included: retail sales clerk, cashier and merchandiser (setting up and filling store display utilizing

with a planogram).

Skills

My skills include: Computer knowledge and keyboarding, Work under pressure, Speak English and French,

Understand complicated documents including planograms. I have excellent customer service and mathematical skills as

well as strong time management skills. I also work well with minimum supervision and have a valid driver’s license.
