Job Descriptions:

It includes Nursing Management responsibilities, Emergency care and operating the equipment’s in time to time.

Identifies patients universal health identification & time out procedure

Assesses cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological status, fluid and electrolyte ire balance haemotologic function of the patient.

Connecting patients to monitors, monitoring vital signs, IV Canmula insertion, medication and fluid administration, taking up laboratory Samples and make sure they are sent.

Assisting the team in stabilizing patient’s conditions, actively participating in CPR, assisting in arterial line insertion, wound stitching, irrigation and putting up tractions.

Preparing patients for surgery, collecting Lab results, arranging blood for transfusion.

Provides accurate record of significance information such as Laboratory results vital sign changes intake and other significant data for the whole team.

Provides a safe therapeutic and personalized physical and psychological environment for patient care.

Provides clinical guidance direction and co-ordination of activities for auxiliary and other new nursing staff with in the area
