construction of playgrounds/parks, roofing and waterproofing,
and On-Call maintenance for DC Department of General Services
(DGS) and Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR).

oversight on construction of Southwest Playground ($445K) and
Columbia Heights Playground ($1.4M).
. Assist in review of stormwater management designs, bioretention

Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Consent Decree to repair,
rehabilitate, or replace defective sewer mains, laterals, and
manholes in Montgomery and Prince George's County of Maryland.
. Responsible for overseeing compliance with the requirements of
the SSO Consent Decree and ensuring that reporting requirements
are met.
. Assigned as Project Manager of a $25 million Lateral contract
that involves inspection of sewer house connections, LACP
reports, surface surveys, installation of cleanouts, and
repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of sewer laterals and
mainlines.
. Managed a $60 million Environmental Sensitive Area contract
that included protection of pipelines in wooded/forested areas
as well as stream restoration and stream stabilization.
. Review task orders submitted by designers for accuracy in
designs, estimates, measurements and payments, etc. to meet
WSSC Standard Details for Construction.
. Coordinate with county/state agencies and citizens to obtain
necessary permits and right-of-entry agreements.
