Scheduling and monoritng payroll. Reviewing all sales and reservations. Following up with third party reservations and dealing with Expedia, Booking.com. Etc. Watching daily ADR and revenue to benefit the company. Maintain bank deposits and shift drops. Inspecting rooms for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues. Making sure any customer issues are handled and rectified immediately. Keeping proper inventory for housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk to ensure proper handling and supplies are provided for employees to have to properly perform their jobs. Train associates in their positions for customer satisfaction. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and continue to keep associate moral high.

October 2010-Janurary 2011 Holiday Inn Virginia Beach, Va. Front Office Manager Customer Service top priority. Reservations by phone or directly with guest. Checking in and out of guest. Overseeing a team and correctly train associates. Monitor and review all daily paperwork to ensure proper procedures are being followed and proper posting of charges etc are posted to each associates accounts. Listen to and correct customer issues in a way that keeps our guest happy and benefit’s the company. Review daily ADR to obtain the highest profit for the company. Work with associates to keep a high level of moral.

Notate accounts for any activity or contact for any future associate reviews and follow ups. Provide customer service with each contact. Process payments. Work with customers to bring accounts current that is within customers best interest and within the companies guidelines.
