• Support project team for smooth launching of a project with respect to Descon Project Management Systems

(PMS) processes at pre-mobilization stage, as laid down in the Descon Planning and Execution manual.

• Coordinate with project team to finalize project plan (WBS) for preparation of plan.

• Analyze and present project analysis sheet generated from Descon Progress Monitoring Systems (DPMS) on

weekly and monthly basis to compare progress against baseline.
