Primary responsible for the management and optimization of the Saleforce.com implementation. Understands all aspects

of company’s Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system

implications related to the Salesforce release upgrades.

Developed, structured and managed custom modules in Salesforce to make it more robust CRM particularly for: Task

Create, maintain and evangelize the use of dashboards and reports for some statistical and business intelligence

reporting.

Responsible for adding 70 more Salesforce users to the company while saving a few thousand $ a month by customizing

and creating a task management system within SF. This move allowed for a more comprehensive project management,

task management and project reporting tool within the company. It also allowed us to gain insight and monitor

production velocity, turnaround time, production efficiency, profitability and time spent on each project.

Built out and setup a new org for August 99 and make sure communication and sharing of data is facilitated between that

org and the TDP Salesforce org.

Built out a way to determine project and contract profitability for August 99 by being able to log vendor invoices, vendor

n

payments, customer invoices, customer payments, discounts, refunds, and write offs all within the SF org.

Recently implemented the HR Management for both org where it keep tabs of employees 201 file, PTO requests and

balances, leave accruals etc.
