- Responsible for complete M/C Deaign of Edge Roller machine for domestic markets.

- Assigned with the tasks of selection of Mechanism, selection of Bearings, Part material, Shaft desing, structure and

Body.

- Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings

and the complete Bill of Materials.

Project 2: Self Loading Concrete Machine (Carmix- Italy)

Client: Apollo Group

Tenure: 2012- 2013

Role:

- Responsible for complete adaptive design of Self Loading Machine for Domestic Market.

- To analys and search standard product, its cost and reduction of time through an India market.

- Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings

and the complete Bill of Materials.

- To find and develop all new part and assembly.

- Responsible for analyzing the incoming enquires from sales department, and preparing accurate General

Arrangement and Layout Drawings.

- Helping the service team in trouble shooting and overhauling of the plant

Project 3: AdBlue Volume Meter and Vaccume Recovery Pump

Client: Petrotec Group

Tenure: 2013 - till date

Role:

- Responsible for complete adaptive design of VR Pump for International Market.

- Assign for development of AdBlue Volume meter for International Market.

- Complete analysis and develop the coating supplier, to manage all assembly parts as per planning for get faster

result, QC check andassemble whole meter.

- Make all require documents for Coating Parts, for coating quality, for Assembly the parts.

ACHIEVEMENT

- Achieved company goal of successfully completing AdBlue Volume Meter.

Petrotec India is a Portugal based MNC, whose core business is involved in Diapensing unit in verious field.

Manufacturing LPG, Petolium Dispensers and many product for domenstic and international market.

2. Worked in Apollo InfratecPvt Ltd from 2012 - 2013 as Design Engineer. Apollo Infratec is in Group of Apollo. Have

a joint venture of Hawkeye Pedersaab(USA), Carmix(Itally), And Spiroll(Germany). Is manufacturing concrete mixing

machineries, pipe making machineries.

2. Worked in JSD Engg 2009 - 2011 as Turnner and Fitter and Drafter. JSD Engg is a small scale ind mfg textile

machines parts and paper ind machines.
