EDUCATION:

B Tech (Pass) in electronics from Indus institute of higher Education Karachi in 2010.

DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer in Electronics) from P.B.T.E Lahore in 2006. S.S.C

(secondary school certification) from B.I.S.E Sargodha in 2003.

EXPERIENCE:

Currently I am Working in Engro Polymer & Chemicals Bin Qasim Ltd Karachi as

Instrument& Control Technician with Descon Engineering Ltd from May 2011 to date.

The only petrochemical complex in Pakistan with a production capability of EDC/VCM alongside PVC &

Caustic. I hold a position where I manage work orders, inventory on MAXIMO as well as plan PM's and

CM's on day to day basis as well as for annual turnarounds.

AREAS OF EXPERIENCE

• Maintenance of the Combined Cycle Power Plant Project.

• Hitachi Gas Turbines with GE Mark VI TMR control of 27MW each @ 15C.

• Tornado Gas Turbine ALSTOM Company England of 5.2MW.

CCPP steam turbine of 15MW with Triconex control system.

Multi stage Fuel Gas Compressors (Reciprocating and Screw) for Natural Gas Compression

for Hitachi H-25 Gas Turbines and Tornado Gas Turbine respectively..

Heat Recovery Steam Generators each of 47tons/hr with 38bar pressure and 450C

temperature coupled with Hitachi Turbines.

ALBORG Waste Heat Recovery boiler Denmark coupled with Tornado Gas Turbine

(05 MW). Experience in oil and Gas companies

• Worked with Halepota & Co. in United Energy (petroleum) Pakistan’s Project as

an Instrument Technician.

• Worked in Zamzama gas field B.H.P Billiton Pakistan. as a instrument Technician at

shutdown Project

• Worked in OMV Kadanwari gas field and Remat gas Plant as a instrument Technician at

shutdown Project

Control Valve:

Control Valve over hauling, Preventive and Corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and
