Pensacola submarkets. Primary focus included effectively bringing the

properties back to both occupancy and economic stabilization and

facilitating all interior and exterior capitol improvement projects.

Generated budgets, created and implemented marketing plans, trained staff

and worked with upper management on developing new tools, policies and

procedures and other operational programs for this start up management

Managed Foreclosure and Receivership properties from takeover process thru

sale throughout North Florida. Effectively directed all faucets of property

management for multiple National Clients. Supervised staff of 50+

employee's in Jacksonville and Pensacola submarkets with over 2,000 units.
