Telstra's End clients(like Banks, Corporate companies). We handle offshore clients and
troubleshoot their issues remotely.

Project: IPv4 to IPv6 migration strategies.
Designation: TESTING INTERN
Due to depletion of IPv4 addresses all over the world, IPv6 is the new option. We
deployed heterogenious but interoperable IPv4 & IPv6 networks. We have implemented
tunneling, nat64, DNS64, dual stack to tackle the issue. We were able to successfully
provide services on heterogenious nodes simultaneouly eg DNS, http, VOIP, FTP, etc.
Responsibility:
o Assisting in the design & implementation of the network.
o Configuring Routers (IPv4 & IPv6)and troubleshoot the issues.
o Configuring switches, VLANs and troubleshoot the issues.
o Configuring and troubleshooting IPv6 over IPv4 tunnels to remote LAB.
o Configuring and maintaining NAT64 on Parameter router to ISP side.
o Configuring and maintaining servers i.e. DNS64, HTTP, FTP, 3CX for VOIP.
o Handling and escalating highly impacting operational issues to upper Management.
o Configuring and troubleshooting ZONE-BASED firewall for IPv4 and IPv6 networks.
o Basic desktop support for linux and windows systems.
