DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Ensure that other goods delivered to the warehouse are received according to receiving

procedures.

• Licensed forklift operator for stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as material handler and using RF

gun scanner I pick up raw materials to production lines in FIFO order.

• Prepare documents such as packing lists and receiving reports for goods delivered to the

warehouse and note any discrepancies using receiving procedures.

• Maintained up to date physical inventory using Oracle system.

• As scheduled.. Utilize the Min/Max Planning Move Order Pick Slip Report to replenish all

pallet pick, and flow lane pick locations to ensure products are available in the assigned locations

at all times.

• Accurately record products transferred within the warehouse and provide real-time update to the

inventory management system with the use of the radio frequency bar coding system

• Assist with accurately pulling products for pick-line bulk Distributor orders. Provide pallet count

and weight to the department Supervisor and/or Manager for shipment processing.

• Assist with accurately transferring products to MRB location as needed, pull and dispose of

products scheduled for physical disposal, and any inventory control related product movements

as necessary.

• As scheduled or when necessary, assist with opening product cases to minimize delay in the

product replenishment process.

• Understand the inventory management systems allocation process in regards to item/locations in

the warehouse and seek to move unallocated items out of stocking locations.

• Operate forklifts in a safe and appropriate manner.

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.

• Reviews production work orders to verify that all components listed on the (MPL) are available

in enough quantities to complete the job. Assists in production operations.

• Inspects components, materials, and product for proper identification, acceptable quality and

correct quantity.
