PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
GROSHEK CONSULTING, LLC, Madison, Wisconsin ( May 2000 - current
Principal - Independent consulting firm that specializes in strategic
transformation for government, financial, healthcare, and higher education
organizations. I have worked with companies virtually, managing global
initiatives developing and managing 5-10 year program plans to smaller 3-
month project plans. Many of these projects were dynamic web products and
virtual programs, which I setup from scratch to managing operations.
These include but are not limited to:
. State of Wisconsin, Department and Children and Families, Project
Management Liaison for DocGen, Project Portfolio setup and management,
Change Management, Chief Security Officer and additional agency-wide
projects based on requests.
. WPS Health Insurance, Director of PMO.
. GE Healthcare IT Asset Management Global Program: Developed a high
level initial 3 year executable plane, and a far-reaching 5-10 year
high level future plan.
. Higher Education - University-wide transformation and upgrades across
all schools and departments.

. DHFS - Wisconsin Child Protection implementation (6 facilities from
warehouse to office space, new systems, and training facilities for
600 employees)
. DOJ State Government Statewide server migration, 2-year executable
plan, which included all core areas to manage.
. TREK Bicycle - (Operations / Bikes) Warehouse / Distribution
These are a subset of the major initiatives I managed:
. SVA - Lead a team of 15, standardized the metrics management and ETL
Processes at SVA, a Healthcare operations organization that processes
billing for medical doctors and hospitals. As a Project Director, I
coached the Business Manager, Board of Directors and Technical Team, to
implement better management practices. I developed and implemented an
organization PMO.
. CUNA Mutual Group - Corporate Strategic initiative at CUNA Mutual Group:
Cut costs $6 million annually and increased productivity goals 15% at
CUNA Mutual Group by strategically implementing the company
transformation in both product and the print supply and sourcing
department. Developed and implemented a strategy for the product and
supply and sourcing departments, with 75 employees, and 8 senior
executives. Comprised of capacity planning for human resources,
approach, program and model; human resource and infrastructure
consolidation; governance (policies, guidelines, rules and procedures);
and strategy to implement. Slashed printing costs from $25 million to
$11.5 million by incorporating vendor competition and an accountability
strategy to transition organization from 1 print supplier to a multiple
supplier strategy.
. GE Healthcare - Global Asset Management Program for GE Healthcare:
Strategic analytical recommendations for the global organization.
Comprised a target study to develop a strategy for global asset
management program, with 50 countries, corporate officials, capacity
planning for all organizational human resources, recommended approach,
program and model; recommended human resource and infrastructure
consolidation; recommended governance (policies, guidelines, rules and
procedures); and recommended strategy to implement.
. Peralta College, California and Buffalo University, New York - Program
manager. Saved Universities more than $1 million in 1 year by
strategically transforming educational setting in both business and
Information Systems. (Governance, developed and implemented policy and
procedures, integration business new processes for admissions, distance
and traditional learning, financial services, student services,
implementing integrated mainframe databases, ERP, and 5 other system
solutions, and realigning personnel into new positions)
STATE OF WISCONSIN, Madison, Wisconsin ( 1991-2005
The State of Wisconsin provides state government programs and services.
Senior Project Manager: Led numerous large-scale, statewide projects.
Managed human and material resources across multiple projects and oversaw
project policies and governance. These are a few of the major initiatives:
. Strategic eGovernance study and made strategic analytical recommendations
for the statewide government organization. Comprised a target study with
the Department of Administration for 72 agency officials, capacity
planning for all organizational human resources, model and approach;
recommendations for infrastructure consolidation; recommendations for
policies, guidelines, rules and procedures,
. Managed 6 transitions from local to state government, transitioned from
warehouse to operating facilities, within 3 years by transitioning
facilities from Milwaukee county agency to state agency control.
. Migrated 5 divisions, including legal criminal investigation unit, law
enforcement, justice executive administration, law training, and
enforcement regulation by serving as project manager.
. Implemented complex CPS project on time and within budget by successfully
navigating political atmosphere, driving leaders to meet timelines, and
keeping communication channels open.

that those who read...bloom!
. First Book provides new books to children in need addressing one of
the most important factors affecting literacy - access to books.
. Hailey's Book Club is a special Hailey's corner designated at
libraries, which provide special story hours for kids. I read my
books and share my story with the kids on special occasions.
. Layla House is a place where orphans with aids can stay with love and
support.
. NBC Today Holiday Gift Drive, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York NY
. R.E.A.C.H. a Child is an organization that helps kids who are placed
in temporary homes. The program gives a backpack to these children
filled with books and toys to help them explore and keep their mind
