Sending out payroll reports like Employees personal details, CTC details, PF opted etc.

Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their requirements.

Maintaining Vendor agreements and processing Invoices with Finance dept.

Payroll Reimbursement:

Validating reimbursement bills on a monthly basis across Technicolor.

Communicating reimbursements acknowledgment to the employees.

Sending consolidated report to the payroll Manager before deadlines.

Answering to the employee’s queries and solving them.

HRIS Management:

Updating & promoting the Company Policies & Procedures through HRIS System, check for timely updating of Time

Management & Leave Management in the System. (Folklore HRIS).

Grabbing data from the attendance system and communicating employees on LOP.

Employee Engagement Programs:

Family Day, Ethnic Day, Independence Day, Republic day – flag hosting, Festival celebrations, Birthday & Anniversary
