Qualifications

Office responsibilities include design and blueprint review of projects, preparation of construction

documents, estimating, bidding, forecasting and budgeting, negotiations, the selection of sub-

contractors, material purchasing, scheduling, compliance, project development, quality control, and

certification of occupancy of new construction & tenant improvement projects along with

overseeing all other office and field responsibilities pertaining to each project under my

responsibility

Document daily, weekly and monthly project progress

Working field knowledge of all aspects and responsibilities of Commercial & Residential

Construction including the UBC codebook & California Building Standards. Proficient in working

with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, QuickBooks, Windows 7 & 8, 10-key Touch and type 45-

50 wpm

Consult with project design professionals and clients regarding changes of design and contract

documents

Create, forecast time projections, create and maintain project budgets, create schedules and

detailed administrative employee, contractor, sub-contractor and safety records

Initiate & communicate change orders between client, contractor and sub-contractor?s

Communicate in a positive and effective manner through verbal or written means with clients and

contractors in a professional, detailed and tactful manner to ensure an efficient paced project.

including extensive project layout, utilities connections, grading and slope construction with grade

beams, keys, caisson & I-beam steel supporting and erection. Shear transfers, shear paneled walls

plus epoxy hold down and Title 24 applications in accordance with the California Building Standards

75% of our projects foundations, retaining systems, concrete and framing phases are performed

with in-house personnel that I hire and supervise

Work in conjunction with the lender?s pay draw system by generating draw requests and

documenting contractor?s & sub-contractor?s quality, production and progress

nspect jobsites for safety violations and verify compliance of laws such as ADA requirements.

Conduct & document monthly OSHA safety & health meetings with in-house employee?s

Coordinate in the field with various Contractor?s and inspectors including but not limited to the rough

phase through the finish phases of the project including punch lists and warranty items in a timely

manner

Immense detail to quality of product used in the project with each phase of construction in

accordance to Company Standards and the California Building Standards
