I enrolled in Swift’s training program where I obtained my CDL A and I have just finished my 200 hours of driving

which entailed driving across country several times.

I was a full time delivery & pick up courier out of the Palm Springs station for over 13 years. Time management skills,

critical thinking, and problem solving skills were required for the ever changing fast paced environment for which I

worked. In my profession, being organized and providing impeccable service to customers while under pressure of time

commitments, has helped me master all these skills. I have extensive area knowledge of 29 Palms and I am familiar with

rules and regulations on the military base.

Stater Bros. Markets 1980 2000

I worked at four different Stater Bros. grocery stores throughout the Hi and Low desert for over 20 years. I worked all

shift hours and most of the departments in that time. Many years I held the position of key carrier in the management

field. I resigned after 20 years when I established my pension to broaden my skills and change careers.

Property Management/Landlord 2004 present

I own rental property in which I maintain the premises and manage all aspects of a rental property. I make sure the

tenant’s issues are resolved in a timely manner and when they depart they are satisfied while residing there.

In my spare time I enjoy building objects and creative works with wood or metal. I am mechanically inclined and

knowledgeable with power tools. I enjoy my family, camping, and the outdoors.
