1) Title: Hexapod Robot using Optical Odometry.

Duration: July'13 - May'14

Role: Degree Final Year Student.

Summary: One of the most important issues for autonomous mobile Robots is

their ability to navigate safely and reliably within their environments.

Hexapod robot is one of the robots used in this situation because of its

stability and flexibility during the motion on any type of surface. The

objective is to design and demonstrate a Hexapod Robot .This Robot

consists of six legs, each leg consisting of three servo motors. Servo

motors being controlled by arduino mega 2560 and optical sensor Ic

provides the co-ordinates.

2) Title: LED Cube.

Duration: Aug'12 - Nov'12

Role: Degree Third Year Student.

Summary: It is a simple and compact LED cube 4*4*4 which can be used as

wonderful showpiece. It is a amazing 3 dimensional LED

display. 64 LEDs makes up this 4 by 4 by 4 cube, controlled by an Atmel

Atmega16 microcontroller. Each LED can be addressed individually in

software, enabling it to display amazing 3d animations.

3) Title: Highway Control System. Duration:

Jan'11 - Jun'11

Role: Diploma Final Year Student.

Summary: Accidents keep taking place due to speed violations since the

driver tend to ignore

their speedometers. This speed checker will come handy for the highway

traffic police as it will not only provide a digital display in

accordance with a vehicle's speed but also sound an alarm if the vehicle

exceeds the permissible speed for the highway. As soon as a fast

moving vehicle exceeds the speed beyond the specified limit, an alarm is

sounded and traffic control unit will be informed about the vehicle.
