Aerospace Lead Inspector, United States Air Force Civil Service- Tinker Air Force

Base, Ok, Performs the responsibilities as a C-17(Pratt @ Whitney R100 and F119)

engine inspector. Accountable for the installation, removal, disposition, and inspection

of the QEC engine package and components. Lead inspector directing the crew in the

proper maintenance procedures, local policies, and safety precautions in a F.A.R. Part

145 repair station. Reviews and validates product non-conformance and disposition

type, along with procedures including AS9100 quality control and engineering

processes. Assures problem resolutions and or implements corrective/preventative

actions and documents the possible resolutions. Take ownership for root cause /

corrective action issues and resolutions. Conduct compliance audits for established

measures, updates, technical data and work scopes. Familiar with machining, welding,

CNN, NDI, and first article inspection process’s and manufacturing techniques. Strong

impersonal and organizational skills.

United States Air Force Civil Service- Warner Robins’ Air Force Base, Georgia.

Performed the duties as a C-17 aircraft mechanic. Installed, adjusted, aligned,

troubleshoot, and performed final functional and operational tests on a diversity of the

major aircraft systems. Verified aircraft readiness operational tests including engine

performance runs, flight control verification, hydraulic, pneumatic, braking, fuel

landing gear, along with pre-and post-flight inspections. Effectively uses precision

measuring instruments and analytical tools to diagnose and restore aircraft back to full

operational capabilities.

production processes, manufacturing capabilities and data needed for defining delivery

configurations, design definition, engineering drawings, change memos, wiring

diagrams and functional tests.

Continental Airlines, Los Angeles, Ca. Aircraft Engine Mechanic. Maintains,

diagnose and repair of the Pratt @ Whitney JT8D Turbofan engines. Removes, installs,

repairs, modifies, overhauls, and installs engines, gearboxes, compressor modules,

QEC kits, auxiliary power units, turbine modules and any other required components.

Perform engine performance runs to verify engine is operating as per design on the

aircraft and test cell.

include maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of aircraft jet engines. Repeatedly received
