Administrations Tasks:
. Developing and implementing administrative systems, such as record

and equipment;

and the warehouse documents circulations, expiry dates, handling
requests if any.
. Daily check out with the warehouse about the good returns quantity.
. Review the good returns with the accounting department and warehouse
to make sure it is identical according to the warehouse documentation
and sales operation.
. Follow up the pending invoices' serials with the salesmen.
. Market promotion reports.
. Monthly analysis to all key accounts sales in Cairo, Alexandria, Sharm
& Hurghada.
. Mark an approval for the new customers' discounts from the management
to the accounting dep.
. Responsible for the accuracy of the total daily, weekly and monthly
cash & checks supply along with the expenses deducted of the sales &
operation dep.
. Follow up miscellaneous daily issues between the sales team and all
parties involved if there's any pending issue needs to be solved.
. Provide training opportunities to sales team.
